This Policy applies to personal data processed through our websites, products, APIs, and services (the "Services").
Identifiers (name, email), account and usage data (logs, device, IP), payment and transaction data, files/prompts you upload, and support communications. We use this data to provide and secure the Services, support you, bill you, improve features/models (using de-identified or aggregated data where feasible), comply with law, and market our offerings with appropriate consent/opt-out controls.
Contract performance; legitimate interests (security, product improvement, B2B communications); consent (cookies/marketing; certain sensitive data); legal obligations.
We use essential cookies and, with consent where required, analytics/advertising cookies. Manage preferences via our cookie banner and settings. California users may use "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
We disclose personal data to service providers/processors (hosting, analytics, payments, support), affiliates, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Cross-context behavioral advertising occurs only with appropriate opt-in/opt-out controls.
For EEA/UK/CH data we use the EU SCCs, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and Swiss Addendum, and may rely on DPF once certified. For UAE, Qatar, KSA, Jordan, and Egypt, we assess transfer conditions and implement safeguards or localization/approvals where required.
We implement technical and organizational measures aligned with industry standards and GDPR Art. 32 (access control, encryption in transit/at rest where appropriate, monitoring, incident response). We notify regulators/individuals of breaches as required.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We delete or de-identify when no longer needed.
EU/EEA: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and rights regarding automated decisions; withdraw consent anytime.
California: know/access, correct, delete, opt-out of sale/share, limit sensitive PI, non-discrimination; response within statutory timelines; we honor Global Privacy Control.
UAE/Qatar/KSA/Jordan/Egypt: rights per applicable law (access, correction, deletion/objection, and consent withdrawal for marketing).
Submit requests to agent@peregrinex.ai. We may verify requests and deny where an exemption applies.
Services are for business users; not directed to children under 18. Parents may contact us to request deletion.
We are controller for account/admin data and processor for Customer Content. Our Data Processing Addendum is available at https://www.peregrinex.ai/legal/dpa.
We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review and legal basis.
Email/SMS marketing is consent-based where required; Qatar: prior consent, clear identification of sender, and opt-out required.
We will post updates and, where required, provide prominent notice and/or obtain consent.
